close to WinstonSalem and all it has to offer. Almost every
place we go in town, we are met with a familiar and friendly
face. Some of our favorite Clemmons stops are the Jerry
Long YMCA, many of the restaurants on Lewisville
Clemmons Road, story time at the Clemmons library and
Tanglewood Park (especially for the Festival of Lights) Springfield Village is a very welcoming and friendly
neighborhood where we enjoy hanging out at the park with
the kids, taking walks and riding bikes on the sidewalks,
trickortreating at Halloween and culdesac parties with
great neighbors!
We love that our home is on a culdesac with friendly
neighbors and not much traffic. We appreciate that the
neighborhood park is in our backyard, within easy walking
distance, and love how it ensures that no homes will be
built behind our house. We truly value our screened in
porch, utilizing it at least three seasons every year. We
love that the home has a great deal of storage space,
including a complete attic and plenty of storage inside the
twocar basement garage. We appreciate the smalltown, community feel of
Clemmons but we are only twenty minutes from downtown
WinstonSalem and all it has to offer.
We love Milner Brothers and 2420, and the kids love a trip
to DairiO and Krispy Kreme.
We love the newly remodeled Lowe's Foods, as well as
Hip Chicks Boutique for fun gifts and Fraleigh's Boutique
for clothing.
We love the fantastic elementary (Southwest ES), middle
(Meadowlark MS) and high school (West Forsyth HS), all
within just a few minutes' drive. Nearby we also have
access to options like WinstonSalem Montessori and
Forsyth Country Day School. Our home also offers easy
access to Wake Forest University.
Our kids participate in many activities through the Jerry
Long YMCA, including swimming, soccer, lacrosse and
basketball. The YMCA is only minutes from our home! We love the lower utility costs provided by the efficient gas

home.
