Winston-Salem is a great family oriented town. There is a little bit of everything to do here with a true sense of community.

This neighborhood is great. It is very safe and family oriented. The neighbors are friendly and there is a strong sense of community. One could not ask for a better neighborhood. Everyone takes pride in their homes and works together to keep the neighborhood nice and well- maintained.

This area is great. It is right in between Winston-Salem and Clemmons which makes it convenient to everything including easy access to all highways. The neighborhood's location limits the amount of outside through traffic. The neighborhood is convenient to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and other shopping. You don't have to drive far to get something that you need. We love all of the local, family owned restaurants. There are lots nearby in Clemmons. Schools in this area are great. This is the best school zone around.

We love the great open feeling of the house. It has lots of windows and light. The layout of the rooms gives a cozy feel but also allows for everyone to have privacy. The upstairs loft with the set of back set of stairs is everyone's favorite room to hangout- super cozy. The master bath is huge and the master bedroom has the best closet- walk-in with great shelving. The cul-de-sac location is wonderful and private.

The things I love about Kernersville is that it is a small, but growing town with lots of potential. It is a very family friendly town with great schools and community activities. The Kernersville area is ideal for anyone! It is minutes from Winston or Greensboro with a quick jump onto I-40 you could be at work in minutes, or a quick trip to the mall or any local restaurant.

If you are the outdoorsy type or like to exercise you are minutes away from Salem Lake which is filled with hiking trails and breathtaking views.

Kernersville also offers sporting leagues at it’s local sporting complexes. We joined the local co-ed softball league at Beeson Park while the kids played soccer at the the nearby KSA Soccer Club. We love to attend the local Kerner’s Folly each year which offers local arts and crafts, amazing foods, live music/local bands, carnival rides, and face painting for the kids.

We love to eat at the following restaurants; JP Looneys, J. Peppers, Don Juan, Smitty's Grille, Prissy Polly’s BBQ, The Loop, East Coast Wings, and Amalfi's Italian Restaurant.

Some nearby grocery stores consist of Harris Teeter, Food Lion, and Wal-mart.

When we bought the property we were drawn to the wonderful schools in the area. We also loved living on a Cul-de-sac with few cars or traffic. It is a great neighborhood with close knit neighbors. Our neighborhood is great for block parties, cookouts/BBQ’s for the families while children ride their bikes in the cul-de-sac.
