What the Seller's have to Say:

The things I love about Winston Salem is this area is quiet and peaceful. I love that they pick up the leaves and sticks and recycle them into mulch for the residents to use in their garden. Winston Salem is wonderful because everyone's friendly. There are great experiences to enjoy through out the year.

Our neighborhood is great for walking. A lot of people walk daily in the neighborhood. The neighbors watch out for each other at all times but is not in each others business. Everyone is friendly and there if you need them.
We love to go in town and walk around on warm summer nights. There is always something to do if we don't want to stay home. Grocery stores are plentiful around here....you have food lion down one street and walmart the opposite direction.

When we bought the property we were drawn to the space in the home and the endless possibilities both in the house and outside. We also knew we'd enjoy the pool with both family and friends.

We use Duke energy for our electric. We are on a budget plan with them and that works out great. We use city water and have a septic tank.

The children are able to go to any school in the area no matter what district they are in. this was not an option where we moved from and this was a great change for us.

Every room has been immaculately remodeled, refinished, repainted, and most appliances have even been replaced! Situated on more than half an acre in an established neighborhood, you're just moments from all the major highways, as well as anything you could need in the village of Clemmons. Entering the home, you'll note the wood-burning fireplace, complete with surrounding built-in shelves, as well as the brand new carpet in both the den and adjacent office. The second level living room has new hardwood floors, fresh neutral paint, as well as crown molding and chair rail. The bright, eat in kitchen has granite countertops, as well as an entire new suite of stainless steel appliances. On the top floor are the 3 bedrooms, all with new carpet. The master suite bathroom has been renovated, with stylish bead board walls, as well as an oversized shower. The upstairs guest bath has been renovated as well, and features a new vanity. With other upgrades, including a new hot-water heater, double pane vinyl windows, as well as a large, all-brick patio, you won't believe how new this established home will feel!

What the Seller's have to Say:

We love living in Clemmons because it's such a convenient location. We were attracted to Clemmons because of its proximity to everything. It's just 5 minutes outside of downtown Winston-Salem and 30 minutes to Greensboro, not to mention fairly close to Charlotte and just a few hours from the coast.

Our neighborhood is a great place to raise a family. The assigned schools are some of the best in North Carolina, and we really have enjoyed the lovely people who live close by. We really loved the well-kept feel of this neighborhood, as well as the large yards and friendly neighbors. Our neighborhood has such a great feel to it that many newer neighborhoods are lacking. The large trees offer comfortable shade, even in the hottest of summer days!

We really enjoy eating at Mi Pueblo Mexican restaurant. There are also plenty of other options right in Clemmons, or just a 5 minute drive up Stratford Road, close to Hanes Mall.

We're within walking distance to Food Lion, Lowes Foods, as well as the new Walmart Neighborhood Market, which is one of only a few 24 hour grocery stores in Winston Salem.

We also enjoy going to the nearby Jerry Long YMCA, as well as Tanglewood Park with our kids.
Our garbage service is through the Village of Clemmons, who has contracted with Waste Management. We have two (provided) bins picked up weekly, as well as bi-weekly recycling pickup, all for about $30. Our electric is through Duke Power, and varies depending on usage. Our water and sewer service is also through the Village of Clemmons, and we pay about $40 monthly for that.

What the Seller's have to Say:

Chandler Pointe is a growing, tight knit community with friendly neighbors.

Food Lion is less than a mile away. The food quality and prices are great!

This home is less than 10 minutes away from the city of Winston-Salem, yet rural enough to enjoy country living.

When I decided to purchase this property I was drawn to the lay out of the streets in the community. They are not "blocked off", rather they take into account the natural terrain that enchances the communities beauty.

The average cost to heat and cool this home is very low. Being of new construction it is well insulated. The heating and cooling unit is very efficient. Energy costs for the Winston-Salem area are well below the national average.

What the Seller's have to Say:

There are several things I like about Winston-Salem, many ways to meet new people, close hiking trails, and great location for the mountains or the beach within a couple of hours.

Our neighborhood is great because of the pool, pool parties and the renting of the club house.
When I bought the property I was drawn to different kinds of people in the neighborhood and the nice neighbors.

Moving to Winston-Salem for educational resource is a plus with three very good colleges. I felt very comfortable walking downtown. There are many clubs to join and Habitat for Humanity is a great way to meet new people and learn new skills for your home. The Gold's Gym is another place I enjoyed with great exercise classes.

My favorite restaurants are Firebirds, Village Tavern, and the Quiet Pint. I love to go down town for different celebrations like St. Patty's Day and local concerts. The best local grocery stores are Harris Teeter and Trader Joe's.

Gas, Water and Power were very low ranging from $20-$80, depending on the season.
