What the Seller's have to Say:

The things I love about Winston Salem is this area is quiet and peaceful. I love that they pick up the leaves and sticks and recycle them into mulch for the residents to use in their garden. Winston Salem is wonderful because everyone's friendly. There are great experiences to enjoy through out the year.

Our neighborhood is great for walking. A lot of people walk daily in the neighborhood. The neighbors watch out for each other at all times but is not in each others business. Everyone is friendly and there if you need them.
We love to go in town and walk around on warm summer nights. There is always something to do if we don't want to stay home. Grocery stores are plentiful around here....you have food lion down one street and walmart the opposite direction.

When we bought the property we were drawn to the space in the home and the endless possibilities both in the house and outside. We also knew we'd enjoy the pool with both family and friends.

We use Duke energy for our electric. We are on a budget plan with them and that works out great. We use city water and have a septic tank.

The children are able to go to any school in the area no matter what district they are in. this was not an option where we moved from and this was a great change for us.
