Our neighborhood is great for taking walks, and every one here is very friendly. When I initially purchased the property the one thing I was drawn to was the privacy. Being backed up to the woods, I enjoy complete privacy.
There are plenty of grocery stores and shopping close by such as; Food Lion, Lowes Foods, Wal-Mart & Costco. There are also an abundance of restaurants to choose from in this area. Oso's on Jonestown Rd. is one of my favorites! Everything and anything you could want is in close proximity.
Utility costs in this home are low to average. Our highest Duke Energy bill ever was $147, and that was during the hottest month of the summer with the A/C running constantly. During that same month we had a $23 charge from Piedmont Natural Gas. With Gas cooking & hot water I save a lot of money!
