The things I love about Clemmons are the close knit community, small town living with the convenience of the city only 10 minutes away, and the fantastic schools. The surrounding schools are some of the best in the state. The YMCA is also a couple of miles away. 

We love to eat at Mi Pueblo, Darios, and 2520 Tavern. There are a lot of dining choices in Clemmons. Something for everyone. Grocery stores I like to shop at are Food Lion and Lowes Foods. Publix is opening a new store next year in Clemmons.

When we bought the property we were drawn to the location. It has the convenience of big city living with small town feel. The huge kitchen and outdoor space were the biggest reasons we bought the property. Our sidewalk neighborhood is great for evening strolls and meeting neighbors who are sitting on their front porches. 

Clemmons is a wonderful area to raise children. Tanglewood park is close by and the location just can't be beat.We love to bike and run. This neighborhood is perfect for both. Bicycle lanes are on the main road.

Our utility costs are average. We use Piedmont Natural Gas, Duke-Energy, and City of Winston Salem.
