We love that there are no HOA fees and we are in Davidson County but just over the county line
so everything is very easy and quick to get to.
The utility cost seem to be better due to the fact this is a new home. The natural gas is provided by Piedmont Natural Gas. AT&T and TWC provide service through the neighborhood. Davidson County has a trash and recycling service and the water and sewer are public through Forsyth County.
