This area is wonderful for a family looking for a friendly area with open space. Not to mention the picturesque sunsets and sunrises! We love the outdoors, so entertaining on our back deck is always on our calendar. We enjoy running at the local track as well as walking thru the neighbor after dinner. We are cyclists and enjoy the safety this area offers for that as well. 

Our utility costs are reasonable and our home is very energy efficient. Our electric company is Energy United, which is a not-for-profit utility company.
