What the Owners Have to Say;

The things I love about Clemmons are the close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and outdoor activities. Tanglewood park is excellent for hiking, biking, swimming, and golfing. We enjoy the safe, quite, small town feel of Clemmons as well as the close proximity to downtown Winston-Salem and Greensboro. We enjoy doing a variety of activities including golfing a a PGA tour Course in Tanglewood Park as well as horseback riding, taking our dogs to the new dog park at Tanglewood.  The Clemmons area is a wonderful place to raise a family. We were especially attracted to Clemmons becuase it is a very family oriented town and is very safe. There are alos excellent parks and we enjoy horseback riding at Tanglewood Park. Clemmons also has excellent schools including Clemmons Elementary and West Forsyth High School.

Our neighborhood is great for young families and we have several social events for new families moving to the neighborhood. We also enjoy participating in the food drives for the Clemmons Food Pantry. Our neighbors are very friendly we have a real sense of community in the Peppertree Subdivision.

We love to eat at the following restaurants; Brothers, Full Moon Oyster Bar, Little Richards, Cracker Barrel. Grocery Stores are plentiful and include Lowes Foods, Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Trader Joes. We especially love shopping at Harris Teeter and Trader Joes.

 When we bought the property we were drawn to the large fenced private yard, brick exterior, large detached garage, hardwood floors, spacious basement with walkout, and master bathroom. We were also drawn to the fine detail of the house including the extensive crown molding and plantation shutters.

We enjoy sitting on the deck and enjoying a glass of wine in the evenings. We are far enough outside the city to appreciate the abundant wildlife including the calls of birds and tree frogs, and the glow of fireflies. It is a very relaxing experience that we truly love.

 Our utility cost are great with the addition of all new energy efficent windows, doors, insulation, and heat pumps. Out Average Duke energy electric bill ranges from $80-150. Our water/sewer costs are also low and average $30-40 per month. There are muliple cable and internet companies that service our neighborhood and include Time Warner, AT&T, Dish Network, and Direct TV. We have been very happy with AT&T for both our cable and internet.
