First is location. Lewisville is a small town so it's quiet, low crime, and very quaint but I'm just minutes from local conveniences.
Second is schools. Meadowlark is a great school and one of the reasons I moved here because I had planned on adopting a child.
Third, the house is deceptively big. From the street, it doesn't look as big as it really is.
Fourth, the layout. My living room is 17'x20' and is open to the dining room and kitchen. It's a big room but can feel remarkably cozy when the fire is lit. People would kill for a living room this big.
Fifth, the buildin touches. The house contains several buildin bookshelves and storage with a buildin desk and two alcoves, which gives the house a unique feel, not cookie cutter.
