You have banks, supermarket, library and many small shops. You really do not have to leave
Lewisville for anything.
Our neighborhood is great for that early morning jog and walk. We love working outside in the garden.
We love to take a neighborhood walk after dinner and we enjoy arriving at this home in this
location at end of cul de sac. We really like occasionally having dinner on the Deck while watching our children play in that spacious yard.
Our favorite restuarant is Cicciones for the Italian dishes. There are plenty of grocery stores, but a favorite would be Lowes and Food Lion.
The schools are rated the best in Forsyth County. The Lewisville area is very highly desirable due to the schools and family friendly area.
The utility cost are average with Duke power, Gas is very small with Piedmont, Water is average
with the City of Winston Salem and Sewer is average with Aqua.
